Sometimes, what happens to us can leave a lasting mark of pain and suffering, burdening us with unlimited reminders of the past, keeping us from living in our present and limiting possibilities for our future. Therapy can help provide some clarity and insight into your lived experience as well as offer perspectives that is safely removed from your social and personal contexts, but not removed from the realities of the human struggle.
